NWH Group: Customer Communication - Coronavirus Statement

As the risk of Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, The NWH Group is taking a proactive approach and is complying with Government and NHS guidance. We have a responsibility to take all possible measures to minimise the spread of the virus.

To protect the health of our employees, and to help us ensure business continuity for our customers, we are taking steps to minimise physical contact and have put in place several new processes to achieve this.

In terms of our service to you, we are operating business as usual, there will be no changes to our service offering, but we ask that any meetings are conducted virtually, online, or by phone if your meeting was due to take place at one of our offices..

Our senior management team is watching the situation continually and we will be issuing weekly updates on our business operations.

There is a very low risk of catching Coronavirus in the workplace in the UK, but we remain vigilant. All employees and visitors are asked to follow simple guidelines:

We are referring customers and employees to the general advice issued by the UK government:

DO

  • When you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands)
  • Put tissues in the bin immediately
  • Wash your hands with soap and water often – use hand sanitiser if soap and water aren’t available
  • Avoid close contact with people who are unwell

DON’T

  • Touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean
