I start at 7.30pm, look for new customers to deal with, make contact, send quotations, email account applications, and follow the procedure through. I also liaise with Newcastle depot regarding availability of Skip & Rolonof types for my customers. And now Covid restrictions are easing, I’m getting out to visit clients face to face.

If you could swap roles with anyone at NWH for a day, who would it be and why?

I would like to swap with Mark Williams, to find out what the responsibility is like to run a multimillion-pound business.

What three words would you use to describe NWH?

Challenging, Dynamic, Exciting.

Tell us your NWH highlight.

Finding out that Newcastle Depot is now the busiest of all NWH depots for Skips and Rolonofs. We have all put in a lot of hard work to achieve this.
