NWH expands senior team

NWH expands senior team

We are delighted to announce that we have appointed Kelly Lock as our new Commercial Sales Lead and that she will start with the business in October.

Kelly joins from Biffa where she was Head of Sales and Commercial Engagement for the UK Specialist Services division, and before that Commercial Lead for Scotland and Northern Ireland.

She said: “I’m looking forward to taking on this exciting new role as part of an ambitious, future-focussed company, working with the wider team to maximise opportunities for all parts of the business and supporting the continued development of the team to be the best in class.”

Responsible for leading the new business sales team in Scotland, Kelly will also be working closely with the NWH’s operational lead, Group General Manager, Dougie Neill, and reporting to Gavin Money, who is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and growth of both the sales and operations teams.

Nicola Williams, Sales and Marketing Director at The NWH Group said: “With the addition of Kelly to our team, we’re not only adding experienced senior-level bandwidth, but a wealth of experience in our industry across the UK in competitive, high-growth environments. We’re looking forward to welcoming Kelly into the team and delivering the strategy ahead of us.”

Kelly’s appointment supports the strategic direction of the business and complements the resources available within the senior leadership team as the Group readies itself for the launch of the 2024-2027 strategic plan.
