NWH bolsters sales and marketing team to drive growth

The waste recycler NWH Group marks the easing of lockdown restrictions with the announcement of several key appointments: Nicola Williams as Group Sales & Marketing Director supported by Dougie Neill, Head of Sales; Jamie Campbell, Head of Account Management; and Kat Mutch, Marketing and Brand Manager.

These four strategic appointments really bolster the offering and bring together a strong and cohesive team consisting of new customer sales, account management and marketing to ensure the successful delivery of the waste recycler’s organic sales growth strategy.

Nicola has been with NWH Group for the past six years having previously run her own successful property management business. Her sharp business acumen and focus on customer service will ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority for the team.

Responsible for the delivery of the new customer sales, Dougie has vast construction industry knowledge and brings with him excellent leadership skills and 16 years of experience within NWH Group.

In addition, Jamie Campbell, Head of Account Management, has been invited to join NWH Group’s operational board. Since joining the business in 2018, Jamie has quickly advanced up the ladder having joined as a Business Development Manager, moving into tenders then promoted to Head of Service Delivery. In his current role, Jamie leads the account management and order processing teams ensuring customers receive a high-quality and consistent service every time.
