Meet the team: Jenn Clark, Customer Acquisition Executive

But to us family is much more than just the Williams’, it includes each and every member of the NWH team. So let us introduce you to some of them, first up Jenn.

As our Customer Acquisition Executive, you have likely spoken with Jenn over the phone. She joined the business in February 2019 and is passionate about our providing brilliant service to our customers. We caught up with Jenn recently to find out more about her.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I enjoy walking and socialising with my friends and family.

Where are you from and where do you live now?

I am originally from Galashiels and I still live there now.

What would you recommend doing in your hometown? What’s the highlights?

There is lots to do in the Scottish Borders, but I definitely recommend our gorgeous country walks.

If you could visit anywhere in the world where would it be?

I’d love to visit Cornwall and Devon.

Tell us a fact about yourself that would surprise people.

I am a Gold medallist for highland dancing!

What’s your favourite thing about your role?

My favourite thing about my role is speaking to customers every day; helping our customers achieve the outcome they require and providing them with the best service is a great feeling. It’s wonderful to see new business customers contacting us and I enjoy helping them through their journey with The NWH Group from start to finish.

What does a typical workday look like for you and what are your main duties at NWH?

My typical day includes working with new customers, giving them the help support they need, as well as providing customers with prices and product knowledge for the services we offer. For me, it means being there for the customer 110%.

If you could swap roles with anyone at NWH for a day, who would it be and why?

I would definitely swap roles with one of our drivers. It would be so interesting!

What three words would you use to describe NWH?

Loyal, trustworthy, and ambitious.

Tell us your NWH highlight.

My main highlight is when I was given the opportunity to move over to the new business team. It has helps expand my knowledge within the business and I look forward to growing my role.
