The NWH Group is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across our SME commercial waste market.

We're looking for an established waste industry professional who knows the market, understands the competition and has a proven track record of securing profitable, contracted business.

This is a dedicated new business role, focused on growing our trade waste customer base, increasing route density and delivering sustainable, recurring revenue.

The Role

• Identify and secure new SME trade waste customers.
• Develop targeted territories and maximise route density.
• Win contracted business across general waste, recycling, food waste and glass collections.
• Identify multi bin and multi site opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract.
• Consistently deliver against ambitious new-business targets.

 What We're Looking For

• Proven business development experience within the waste industry is essential.
• A strong track record of winning profitable SME trade waste contracts.
• Excellent understanding of the commercial waste market, competitor activity and pricing.
• Strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness and industry relationships.
• A self motivated, results driven individual who thrives on winning new business.
