NWH Group Head of HR recognised in the CIPD HR30 2026

NWH Group Head of HR recognised in the CIPD HR30 2026

We are delighted to announce that our Head of HR, Daniel Moczynski, has been recognised in the CIPD HR30 2026, having been selected as one of the UK's top 30 HR professionals.

The CIPD HR30 is one of the highest honours within the HR profession. Selected annually by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the professional body for HR and people development, it recognises just 30 HR professionals from across the UK who are making an exceptional contribution to their organisations, the profession and the wider community.

The recognition acknowledges Daniel's wider contribution to the HR profession through leadership, professional volunteering, education and supporting the development of future HR professionals.

Alongside his role at NWH Group, Daniel is a Trustee Director and member of the People Committee at Citizens Advice Edinburgh, where he helps provide strategic oversight of people, culture and governance. He is also a member of the Practitioner Advisory Group (PAG HRM) at Edinburgh Napier University Business School, working alongside academics and HR leaders to support HR education, research and knowledge exchange.

Daniel is actively involved with the CIPD, supporting the profession through a number of initiatives, including serving as a judge for the 2026 CIPD Awards and volunteering with the CIPD Trust to support aspiring HR professionals.

The HR30 recognition follows a number of recent achievements, including being named HR Manager of the Year at the Hr NETWORK National Awards 2025 and being selected as a finalist for HR Leader of the Year 2026 at the cHeRries Awards.

Speaking about the recognition, Daniel said:

"I'm incredibly proud to be included in the CIPD HR30 2026. Whilst the recognition has my name attached to it, it really reflects the people who have supported me throughout my career. I would like to thank everyone at NWH Group for their trust and support, as well as the many people who have encouraged and inspired me along the way. I feel very fortunate to do a job that I genuinely love."

Being recognised as one of the UK's top 30 HR professionals is a fantastic achievement and reflects both Daniel's commitment to the profession and NWH Group's continued investment in developing people, supporting professional excellence and creating a positive workplace.

Congratulations to Daniel on this well-deserved recognition. Everyone at NWH Group is incredibly proud to see one of our colleagues recognised nationally for his contribution to both our business and the wider HR profession.
