Role: Machine Operator

Rate of Pay: £13.46 per hour

What Will You Be Doing?

• Operating a range of site machinery safely and efficiently, including loading shovels, 360 excavators, and other plant equipment
• Carrying out daily safety checks and reporting defects or maintenance needs
• Loading and unloading materials for processing and dispatch
• Working to site safety standards and following operational procedures
• Supporting site operations to meet production targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What Are We Looking For?

• Previous experience in a similar machine operator role
• A valid loading shovel and/or 360 excavator ticket (NPORS/CPCS)
• Good awareness of health & safety practices
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
• Flexibility to support operational needs
