Role: Class 1 HGV Driver- Artics

Location: Dumfries

Hours: 40-50 hours per week with overtime options available

Rate of Pay: £14.68 per hour

Overtime Rate of Pay: £22.02 per hour

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Class 1 HGV Artic Driver, you will play a key role in our operations by:

  • Operating articulated vehicles (Class 1) to collect and deliver materials

  • Ensuring all loads are secured and transported in line with safety standards

  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks and maintaining accurate documentation

  • Representing the business in a professional manner with customers and the public

  • Working closely with the transport team to ensure a smooth daily operation

What Are We Looking For?

  • A full, valid Class 1 HGV licence.​

  • Valid CPC and Digital Tacho Card.​

  • A great attitude and commitment to performing the job to the highest standard.​

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
