Salary-                      £25000-28000 + 10% Bonus

1 – Job Purpose

Reporting to our Head of Account Management, the role serves as a point of contact to the established customers of NWH that come into the business via our Broker network; therefore, a passion for excellent customer service is essential, as well as acting as an ambassador to the organisation. You will work closely with our Broker Account Manager to achieve existing KPI levels and customer satisfaction whilst actively promoting our company values.


2 – Main Job Activities

-          Serve as a key point of contact for broker customer enquiries, providing timely ad professional responses across multiple communication platforms.

-          Actively build lasting relationships and always maintain an excellent rapport with customers.

-          Proactively manage high volumes of daily calls and orders

-          Collaborate with internal teams to resolve minor issues, maintaining communication with the customer throughout.

-          Skillfully prioritise administrative tasks to ensure customer deadlines are met.

-          Ensure required compliance documentation is completed and up to date across the broker portfolio.

-          Passionately promote the company’s services and support the Sales function of our broker network

-          Act as an ambassador for the NWH Group


3 - Person Specification – Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required

-          Impeccable telephone manner

-          Excellent IT skills with the experience of a CRM system

-          Admirable Team player with exemplary organisational skills

-          Exceptional attention to detail is paramount

-          Master of self-motivation and ability to use own initiative

-          Distinguished Knowledge and experience of all Microsoft packages

-          Mature and self-determined, approach to work

-          Sophisticated and vibrant approach to change and constructive feedback

-          Competency towards multi-tasking and impassive approach in a demanding environment
