Sales Support Assistant, Dalkeith

We are looking for a Sales Support assistant to join our team of C&D Account Managers. The Sales Support assistant will report to the Head of Account Management and will be responsible for the identifying of growth accounts from our customer base. The Sales Support assistant will assist in the pricing of re-orders for existing customer, he/she will support the account management team to sell to customers who are not buying from the Group. This is an exciting and fast paced role.

This is a full time position, working an average 40 hour week. The salary for this position will be £19,000 - £22,000 dependant upon experience.

Key Responsibilities:-

·         Identifying cross sell opportunities and achieving meetings for account managers to visit potential growth accounts.

·         Support with reporting and order taking

·         Support the Head of Account management with achieving customer touchpoint targets.

·         Liaising with customers and service delivery departments to ensure a slick transaction for our customers.

Experience within the Construction and demolition markets or the waste management industry would be advantageous in this role but not essential. This is an office based role and there is no requirement for a driver. You must have excellent organisational skills and a good understanding of Microsoft packages and spreadsheets.
