Part Time Customer Service Advisor (20 hours per week), Dalkeith

On our mission to eliminate waste we provide waste collection services to the Leisure, Retail and construction industries. Collecting waste with our fleet of Trade Refuse, Skip, Tipper, Grab and Walking Floor articulated vehicles, transporting materials to our Material recycling facilities where we produce a valuable product such as cardboard, Paper, Washed sands, Biomass for energy and animal bedding.

We are now recruiting for a part time Customer Service Advisor to join our growing and dedicated Order Processing Customer Support function, based at our head office in Dalkeith, Midlothian. The Customer Service Advisor role serves as the first point of contact to the Waste Services customers of NWH; therefore, a passion for excellent customer service is essential, for acting as an ambassador, to the organisation.

This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week, 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday. This position will pay a salary of £19,000 - £22,000 pro rata per annum dependent upon experience.

Although training will be provided, a knowledge of the waste and/or construction industry will be an advantage. Due to the location of our head office, the ability to drive and access to your own vehicle would be beneficial.
