We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing and dedicated Order Processing Customer Support function, based at our Head Office in Mayfield, Dalkeith.

You will serve as the first point of contact to customers of NWH; therefore, a passion for excellent customer service is essential.

This is a full-time position with on average, 40 hours per week. This position will pay a salary of £22,000 - £24,000 per annum dependent upon experience.

Although training will be provided, a knowledge of the waste and/or construction industry is beneficial. Due to the location of our head office, the ability to drive and access to your own vehicle would also be beneficial.

What you’ll do: (The friendly face)

  • Vibrantly welcome new and established customers, across multiple communication platforms
  • Sincerely build, lasting relationships and endeavour excellent rapport with customers
  • Proactively manage high volumes of calls and orders
  • Skilful and analytic approach with invoice queries
  • Accurately create, record and schedule orders/services, onto bespoke IT systems
  • Passionately promote the company’s services and support the Sales function
  • Sophisticated and vibrant approach to change and constructive feedback
  • Mature and self-determined, approach to work
