Location: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle

Salary: £26000 + Bonus, Death in Service benefits £50k, Employer Pension Contribution. 

Hours: 40 hours a week

Role Overview:

At The NWH Group, our New Business Team is the driving force behind our growth. As a Customer Acquisition Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive a seamless experience from their first enquiry to the final sale. This is your chance to be part of a forward-thinking team that’s all about efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Handle all inbound sales enquiries, ensuring each customer’s unique needs are met with personalised solutions.
  • Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential customers via cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
  • Sales Support: Provide expert sales advice, assisting customers through their purchasing journey.
  • Efficiency Focus: Utilise technology to streamline the sales process and improve customer experiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure cohesive communication and strategy alignment.
  • Performance Tracking: Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) by meeting targets for calls, emails, and live chat interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales Expertise: A proven track record of strong sales performance, including cold calling experience.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional skills in delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Organisational Skills: Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • Positive Attitude: Energetic and enthusiastic, with a can-do approach.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology.
  • Industry Experience (Bonus!): Previous experience in the Waste and Recycling Industry is advantageous.
  • Microsoft Office & CRM Knowledge (Bonus!): Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics CRM is a plus.
