Customer Acquisition Executive, Dalkeith

The NWH Group in Q4 of 2020 re-structured the management and organisation within the business to put absolute fucus on the key priority areas for the business which is New Customers, Being an “easy to buy from” business and to retain and grow our existing customer base. As part of this restructure the Group implemented a new element to the sales team, this was a Customer Acquisition Team.

The purpose of this team is to be the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries, to produce a seamless transition for new customers coming into the business from start to finish. The customer Acquisition team also act as a support to the Business Development Managers and to the Head of Sales, to ensure that all leads and potential sales are processed as effectively as possible.

A group of enthusiastic, driven and innovative people will be the make up of this team. Our Customer Acquisition Executives will have customer service at the forefront of their mind whilst being focused on sales growth across all products, service and geographies.

Role Description

This role will effectively sell to all inbound customers, support the Marketing department and the BDM department to maximise sales growth through transactional sales, CRM management, Pipeline reporting and process driven sales. Generating targets and leads for the BDM’s to close through online market research, tender portal management and outbound sales calls. Being an office based function the Customer Acquisition will act as an admin support when required to the Head of Sales and to BDM’s.

This is a full-time position, working a normal 40 hour week. The salary for this role will be £22,000 per annum, with on target earnings of £25,000.

Due to the location of our Dalkeith Head Office, the ability to drive and access to your own vehicle would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities   

·         To drive engagement on 3rd Party review sites to increase new customer wins.

·         Target potential customers and arrange appointments for the BDM’s.

·         Close where possible Leads generated from marketing.

·         To be the 1st point of contact for all new customers

·         To manage your own sales pipeline through Dynamics 365

·         To support BDM’s with tele and online sales

·         Provide administrative support to the team where required whether this be quoting whilst a BDM is on site or setting up sales meetings for the BDM.

Requirements  

 

·         Previous experience in the waste and recycling industry is advantageous.  

·         You must show strong sales performance experience  

·         Excellent customer service  

·         Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics CRM system is also advantageous 

·         You must be technology and efficiency focused and be extremely well organised.
