Location: Across all NWH coverage areas 

Salary: £34-40k Depending on Experience

Your Role: 

As a Broker Account Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our Broker customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. Your key responsibilities include maximising revenue streams from our Broker customers and keeping clients informed about the full range of NWH services. You’ll be a team leader and will have a Broker Sales Support Executive working with you.  

Key Responsibilities: 

Customer Relationship Management:  

Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to enhance sales, service quality, and business growth. 

Contract Negotiations:  

Handle account contract extensions and price negotiations. 

Client Monitoring:  

Track and report on client usage figures. 

Team Collaboration:  

Ensure smooth handover of accounts in coordination with the New Business Sales team. 

Client Onboarding:  

Ensure new clients are correctly set up and receive top-tier service from our Operations teams. 

Industry Updates:  

Stay informed about relevant industry legislation. 

Brand Promotion: 

Actively promote the NWH brand. 

Operational Coordination:  

Work closely with operations and transport teams to keep customers informed about schedule changes, pricing, and capacity levels. 

Customer Support:  

Respond promptly to emails and phone inquiries from broker account customers. 


Provide regular waste reporting according to customer requirements. 


Complete broker compliance documentation, audits, and site surveys as needed. 

Innovative Solutions:  

Suggest innovative ways to optimise customers' recycling levels. 

Customer Engagement: 

 Meet with customers as required to ensure their satisfaction and service excellence.
