Your Role and Responsibilities:

As an Apprentice Plant Technician, your journey will be filled with hands-on experiences and valuable learning opportunities.

Quality Repairs and Servicing: You will contribute to maintaining a high standard of repairs and servicing on a variety of plant equipment, ensuring they meet industry benchmarks and regulations.

You’ll get involved in identifying and resolving different types of faults, enriching your problem-solving skills whilst Adhering to Health and Safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. You’ll Learn to effectively use specialised tools according to safety guidelines, enhancing your technical expertise. You’ll get to be part of the team that handles onsite breakdowns, building your resilience and adaptability. Completion of job cards and service sheets, contributing to efficient workflow.

What we're looking for:

Essential:

  • Enrolled in or working towards an SVQ level 3/4 in Construction Plant Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Outstanding team player with a passion for learning.
  • Basic awareness of Health & Safety regulations

Desired:

Previous mechanical experience (not essential but a plus).​​​​​​
